We aim to process orders for shipping within minutes of receiving it
If you have purchased an incorrect, incompatible or wish to cancel your order, please tell us within 60minutes of ordering as we cant cancel afterwards.
We assume everything is in check and you know what you are purchasing once we receive your order. If we find something usual then we might email you to confirm.
If you advise us of cancellation or changes after it has been shipped/collected. You will need to wait for it to be delivered to you then we can sort return. Any refunds for cancellations will be minus freight charges
We do not carry any stock on hand. No pickups are available
Orders are shipped from warehouses all across the country depending on goods availability and delivery address.

Delivery time is after the item has been picked up by our courier partners. Typically
1-2 working days for North Island
2-4 working days for South Island
Rural deliveries may take an extra day or 2 on top of the above time frames
Depending on the product and where it may be shipped from, you can receive your item much quicker
We require a physical residential or a business address for delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses. Your order will be on hold if you provide a PO Box address
All items are sent via signature required service. If the item may be of low value or a signature isn't possible such as rural delivery then the parcel would be left in a safe place. An existing authority to leave at the address over-rides the signature requirement and your parcel will be left
We use NZ Couriers, NZ Post, Aramex(Fastway Couriers) to deliver the products we sell. Some bulk delivery items may be handled by Mainfreight
