Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact us if you wish to return or obtain a refund for your purchase
Returns are be subject to a 20% restocking fee
We cannot accept a return of a product just because it didn't work when you hoped it would. Unless the item wasn't described properly or faulty, the responsibility of making sure the item is compatible is on you
We have a restocking fee to deter customers with a try before buy mentality. Also our suppliers will charge a restocking fee as well
You are responsible for the cost of shipping of the goods which are to be returned. We will pay for the shipping of the replacement product if needed
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with your order number

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We may pay for your item to be sent to us at our discretion. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping a high-value item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
