As we are moving through alert levels and more and more businesses are sending out parcels every day, the couriers cant handle the increased loads. Its worse than the Christmas rush. Some or most shipments are delayed by 3-7 days depending on which carrier it is
If you are in urgent need of an item please email us before purchase to get an update on the ETA.
We are at the mercy of the couriers. We are dispatching orders as we receive them but its the couriers who are struggling. Please be patient. Get in touch if your tracking doesn't change for at least 5 working days. We will get through this
From tomorrow we will be able to ship ALL items listed. No RESTRICTIONS. All non essential businesses will be sending out items that they weren't able to during level 3 so couriers will be in high demand. Dispatch and pickup of orders will be delayed. Delivery times would be extended by an extra 1-4 days for most regions. Please don't expect overnight delivery for the next couple of days. We are trying to get as many orders through, as quick as possible
Next Tuesday, 28th April, we will be moving to Level 3. We will be able to dispatch all items. Our couriers are trying to keep up with increasing demand so please expect some delays as we get closer to Tuesday
Please note that all non-essential Online businesses will send out items which weren't able to be released during level 4, on Tuesday morning.
We expect this to completely overwhelm the Courier companies - if you are going to order please do so ASAP
