We try to have the stock updated quickly but sometimes there are delays. If for some reason you are in this situation, we will contact you ASAP to come to a solution. We will let you know when it will be back in stock if you are not happy with that we will offer you another similar priced product or a full refund
We aim to have your order shipped out/desptached within 12 business hours or less of you placing the order and us receiving your payment. We will update your order status when we have received your payment and have started to process your order
Sometimes if we have to send items through our supplier we will have to wait before they pass on the tracking info to us. Be assured that everything is ok if there are no updates on your order. If its more than 1 working day before any update please get in touch.
We have tracking details available for all orders. We update your order with the infomation. If your order has to be sent directly from our suppliers than you will most likely receive the items before we have the chance to update the status

The item must be unopened, in original packaging and must be in resaleable condition. Any breach of those terms can deem the return void.
